Avcılar Effect Rezidans

First of all, greetings to everyone; I strongly recommend that you read this Review carefully! I lived in Avcılar effect residence in 2019-2020. When moving to this site, I chose it because of the features they mentioned, such as security, indoor parking, no unauthorized entry from the reception, etc., but we learned through a world of bitter experience that what is said is not the same as what is done! 1- My classic motorcycle, the only one of which is available in Turkey, was stolen from the closed parking lot in front of the camera and in front of the security. 2- Sound was coming from a nightclub opened under the site, a place that was said to be soundproofed, until 3 a.m. (before the pandemic). 3- Since the day I left, the lawyers or the management office call me 1-2 times a year or send me an e-mail about a debt balance. The management and the residents know very well that if you have a debt, they will not allow you to move from the site, and that is why the security etc. friends they assign are responsible for this. tries!!! 4- Even though I have repeatedly told them on the phone that I have no debt, my receipts are still there, and that I have received the document, they demand documents from me again, such as receipts, etc. No one should misunderstand me, but I have my documents, they can request the same documents from their banks or they could file them themselves, so I can do their job and sense of duty. I am looking forward to the day when they will not forward it to them again and give me to the court for enforcement or seizure because they did not fulfill it, but they do not do that either, which means they do not trust themselves or their intentions are different, I do not know because I cannot understand. Friends who will move to this building, which is called a residence but is popularly known as a residence, where a world of meaninglessness is experienced, should think again and again and research. Apart from these, we have negative experiences such as gunshots exploding in the site garden, fights breaking out inside the site, 3 managers managing a 2-block site, fire escape doors not opening from the inside but being able to be opened from the outside, lighting costs, water waste costs, electricity costs, etc., etc., which are bad enough to write a book. Unfortunately, I got bored and I haven't commented until now, but that's enough! I would like to call the attention of company owners, management and those who want to sit in, but these issues are unimportant for the first two friends we mentioned :)

This is a terrible site that I couldn't move to because of my workplace and had to live in it for 2 years. A lot of promises are made until you get the house, nothing after that. The story is that they said there was a pool etc. Because the people rebelled, they opened a so-called pool, literally like a decorative pool. Every commercial enterprise goes bankrupt. He comes and goes after a while. Dues are incredibly expensive. Heating measurements are not done fairly. I went to the management 1000 times and asked how you calculated it, they just give me a printout with the amounts written on it. There is neither the first index nor the last index. There is no security. Supposedly they ask who goes in and out downstairs, but you can easily go to the elevators from the first floor of the so-called market section. As someone who has lived in a residence many times before, this is the first time I have moved to such a bad place. I'm on the top floor, this rain came from the roof and flowed from the ceiling of my bedroom onto my bed. Currently the ceiling is yellow. Today the officer came and said there was a discharge from the bathroom downstairs. When he first arrived, there was tremendous cold and wind coming from the balcony doors. I told the management. The master came and fixed the door. Because they installed the shower door incorrectly, the banya was stuck in it every shower. If you want to move, goods can be transported from the parking lot, but the truck that can enter there has not been invented yet. In short, it's a terrible place. You think. Believe me, I am very sorry. If this corona thing subsides a little, I won't stay here any longer. They say you owe 1000 TL dues for heating and electricity, you go and pay it, the next month they take out a debt of 1200 TL. No air conditioning maintenance, no water, I don't know what. I definitely do not recommend it. Many reasons have already been mentioned in other comments. Never mind its external appearance.
